IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst – Newbury or Maidenhead

Our Client is a Berkshire based law firm with offices in Newbury and surrounding areas.

Due to continued growth within the IT department they are now looking to hire an IT Support Analyst based in the Newbury office to provide support and training to staff on a variety of different products. These products include MS Office, Digital Dictation, advanced printing/scanning solutions and their in-house Case Management System.

The in-house Case Management System uses a Microsoft SQL database so you will gain experience in the usage of SQL and database handling as well as supporting a broad range of products.

You will be responsible for resolving support calls, with more complex programming issues being passed onto the software provider.  Other duties include staff training and getting involved with ongoing development.

This role may require travel to the other local offices, therefore your own transport will be required.

This position can be based in either Newbury or Maidenhead although the initial training will be based at the Newbury office.


Experience required for IT Support Analyst:

  • At least 1 years’ experience of working in an IT Support role.
  • Experience/knowledge of SQL
  • Experience and understanding of the core Microsoft desktop products (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office applications and PC setup & configuration in a Microsoft Network environment.


The IT Support Analyst is based in Newbury or Maidenhead.

The IT Support Analyst role is paying up to £26,000 depending on experience
