Application Support Analyst

Our client is a National provider of Healthcare systems to the Public and Private Healthcare sectors in the UK and they are now looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd Line Support one of the organisations applications that they develop.

As you will be supporting a specific application developed by the company you will be in direct contact with customers on a regular basis and will be responsible for ensuring customer’s needs are met from a support and SLA perspective.

This role is supporting a specific application developed by the company and you will be fully trained in all aspects of the application in order for you to provide an excellent support service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 1st and 2nd line support, triaging calls from customers and 3rd party providers and using own initiative to process and prioritise faults according to issue type and contract in line with SLAs
  • Investigation and analysis of the issue and provide a resolution within the agreed SLAs
  • Ensuring ITIL Process is followed for all issues
  • To ensure telephones are answered in a professional manner and callers are dealt with as appropriate
  • To monitor the Support mailbox and action any incoming mail

This position is based in Maidstone, Kent and pays a salary up to £22,000
