Our client is a global Law Firm who is looking to recruit an IT Project Manager who is skilled in the delivery of Self-Service and Automation systems and processes.

An essential requirement for this IT Project Manager role is experience of Self-Service and Automation systems and processes.

Main responsibilities for the IT Project Manager role are:

  • Lead and direct project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects facilitating business initiatives, keeping within budget and managing risk to the firm 
  • Experience of implementing global self-service and automation tools, in a professional services environment
  • Working with the Business and IT to define processes, driving efficiency and enabling global working
  • Manage projects end to end, from requirements gathering, contract negotiation, development and testing through to implementation and handover to the operations and support teams
  • Manage internal and external project communications to all levels of stakeholders both business and technical
  • Directly manage Business Analysts and indirectly teams across all disciplines. 
  • Create and manage project plans and documentation
  • Recommend and manage project budgets
  • Manage, monitor and motivate the cross-functional project teams
  • Conduct project presentations and compile reports
  • Manage third parties and suppliers
